What is a Reformer?
A Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment used to enhance and support the Pilates method of movement. Designed with a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, straps, and a footbar, the Reformer allows you to perform a wide range of exercises that challenge strength, flexibility, coordination, and control—all while lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing.
The Reformer’s resistance-based system adds both support and intensity, making it incredibly versatile. It’s gentle enough for injury rehabilitation and beginners, yet challenging enough to deeply train muscles and elevate athletic performance.
