At K·Fit Movement, our 50-minute small group sessions will provide you with personalized coaching, community support, and motivating workouts in a fun, welcoming environment of three people at a time. Private Reformer sessions are thoughtfully designed to deliver a full-body workout that prioritizes strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
