Day 1 begins with arrivals in the heart of New York City — the start of a weekend filled with movement, connection, culture, and unforgettable experiences. After getting settled in, we’ll ease into the city’s energy with time to explore, connect, and soak in everything the weekend ahead has to offer.

  • There will be opportunities to visit New York’s landmark locations. These tickets will be bought separately. Expected tourist expenses:

    -Statue of Liberty $30

    -Empire State Building can walk into lobby for free $44

    -9/11 Memorial free of charge to view, additional cost to tour museum

    -Summit One Vanderbilt city view $44

How It Works
  • Enter the information requested in the registration form. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting.

  • Send your deposit via Venmo, cash, or check (no card transactions will be processed for this payment). Please note that your spot is not reserved until your $150 non-refundable deposit is received.

  • The first of four installments must be paid within 10 days of sending your registration deposit. Please note that the first installment is also non-refundable. The payment schedule is as follows:

    Installment 1: $500 paid within 10 days of registration, MUST be received by June 25th

    Installment 2 : $300 due by/on July 1st

    Installment 3: $500 due by/on August 1st

    Installment 4: Remaining $1,162 due no later than 10am on September 1st
